Describe the symptom
Share what lost power or changed, when it occurs, and whether another appliance, circuit, storm, or project appears connected.
Find the cause
When breakers trip, lights flicker, or part of a property loses power, E.S.H. traces the symptom through the affected circuit, panel, and service to find the cause and explain the repair.

What we work on
Call E.S.H. and tell us what you are seeing, adding, or trying to power. We will help you determine the right next step.
Before you call
Which rooms, circuits, or equipment are affected?
Is the issue constant, intermittent, or tied to another load starting?
Did it follow a storm, outage, leak, construction work, or equipment change?
Is there heat, arcing, smoke, damage, or a burning odor?
What to expect
Share what lost power or changed, when it occurs, and whether another appliance, circuit, storm, or project appears connected.
E.S.H. follows the problem through the device, circuit, panel, and service instead of guessing.
We explain what we found and the electrical work needed to correct it.
Stay away from arcing, smoke, fire, downed lines, standing water near electrical equipment, or visibly damaged service equipment. Call 911 for fire or immediate danger and report utility-line hazards to CenterPoint. Do not touch or open damaged equipment.
The cause can be inside a branch circuit, at a breaker or panel, in service equipment, or on the utility side. The pattern of what works and what does not helps narrow the diagnosis, but damaged or unstable equipment should be evaluated professionally.
Note which rooms, outlets, lights, or equipment are affected and when the problem occurs. Stay away from anything hot, damaged, smoking, or arcing.
Talk with E.S.H.
Tell us where the property is and what is happening. We will help you figure out the right next step.
The address, a short description, and a few safe photos are a great place to start.
